Our partner, a well-known German online platform, is seeking a IT Service Manager (m/f/d) to join their team. This is a full-time position in the Düsseldorf metropolitan area, Germany (partial work from home is possible).

Relocation from abroad is possible. Support regarding your visa application and relocation to Germany would be provided. Your family members (spouse, children under 18 years old) will get a visa as well.

Your day-to-day activities:

  • Establishing and executing procedures for incident and problem management
  • Monitoring KPIs and evaluating result data
  • Analyzing and defining consequences in close cooperation with international teams
  • Advising specialist teams on applying methodical techniques for root cause analysis
  • Improving overall service quality by creating best practices
  • Creating and presenting relevant reports to stakeholders, e.g., business departments
  • Managing test, change, and release management

Your toolbox:

  • Experience in strategic incident/problem management with a focus on SAP TM
  • Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira)
  • Practical experience in ITIL processes
  • Experience with stakeholder management
  • Education background in IT
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level)
