Our partner, a well-known German international corporation, is seeking a SAP Operations Expert - Business Partner Management (m/f/d) to join their team. This is a full-time position in the Düsseldorf metropolitan area, Germany (partial work from home is possible).

Your day-to-day activities:

  • Maintaining stable operations within the SAP ecosystem for global business partner management solutions
  • Supervising, organizing, and addressing requests, incidents, and problem tickets using ServiceNow, Jira, or other ticketing platforms in line with ITSM practices
  • Evaluating and prioritizing demands according to ITIL standards
  • Detecting risks that could impact the operational stability of business partner processes and applications, and implementing mitigation strategies as per ITSM guidelines
  • Collaborating with the product owner and team to improve product and data quality, ensuring alignment with ITIL continual service improvement processes
  • Liaising with stakeholders to assess and document their requirements, ensuring clear communication and alignment with ITSM frameworks

Job requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Experience working within the SAP ecosystem (SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba).
  • Working knowledge of the ServiceNow/Jira platforms.
  • Experience working within an Agile environment.
  • Excellent command of English (C1 minimum).
