We are looking for a skilled B2B Sales Representative who will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in our organization. You should have good experience in sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Consultation: Conduct service sales, analysing client’s recruitment needs and creating an attractive service offering. Create and improve sales presentations.
  • Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies, monitor the achievement of sales goals and plans, analyze sales data and performance metrics, and optimize sales processes accordingly.
  • Customer Acquisition: Collaborate with Sales Development and Marketing responsible for the outreach to potential clients to help them optimize their lead generation strategies. Analyze the market, identify customer needs, improve our messaging and product-market fit.
  • Client Base Expansion: Expand the customer base through active communication, participation in exhibitions, conferences, and other events.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management, detailing achievements, challenges, and future plans.

Requirements:

  • B2B sales experience in a German market is mandatory.
  • Fluent German (C1), English (C1)
  • Excellent communication skills, the ability to establish rapport, persuade, and establish long-term relationships with customers.
  • Understanding of the company's services and the ability to convey this information to customers.
  • Ability to analyze the market and product competitiveness.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle stress effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Google suite.
