Our partner, a well-known German online platform, is looking for a Technical Chapter Lead (Procurement) (m/f/d) - relocation. This is a full-time position in Düsseldorf metropolitan area, Germany (partial work from home is possible).
Relocation from abroad is possible. We will take care of your visa application and relocation to Germany. Your family members (spouse, children under 18 years old) will get a visa as well.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
As an SAP expert and leader in this field., you'll contribute to one of the largest SAP implementation projects in retail. You'll develop global templates, implement software, monitor interfaces, and liaise with stakeholder while leading a cross functional, high performing team.
- Foster team development through mentoring, coaching, and training.
- Set clear performance targets and review progress regularly to maintain high performance and productivity.
- Identify and implement workflow and process optimizations for efficiency and quality improvement.
- Promote an open culture for knowledge sharing, best practices, and innovation.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and gain support for technical objectives.
- Introduce feedback mechanisms and regular reviews for continuous team and process improvement.
Your Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams
- Deep technical expertise across the SAP supply chain ecosystem, inc S/4 HANA
- Extensive experience in implementing SAP and migrations
- Experience in working in agile environments at an Enterprise level
- Analytical, solution-oriented mindset, and passionate about driving change.
- English C2, German B2
