About the role:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Russian-speaking Career Consultant. As a Career Consultant at Transparent Hiring, you will play a central role in supporting our job seekers through the entire job search lifecycle. You’ll work one-on-one with job seekers to refine their résumés, enhance their LinkedIn profiles, develop effective cover letters, and hone their interview strategies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Career Coaching: Conduct personalized consultations with clients to understand their strengths, goals, and challenges, then guide them toward roles and career paths that align with their long-term visions.
  • Job Search Strategy: Advise clients on effective job search tactics, including networking, personal branding, and navigating various online platforms to maximize outreach and response rates.
  • Application Materials Refinement: Assist clients in crafting polished résumés, compelling cover letters, and optimized LinkedIn profiles highlighting their unique value propositions and ensuring their profiles are presented clearly and effectively.
  • Interview Preparation: Provide targeted feedback and training to enhance interview performance, including conducting mock interviews, offering constructive critique, and sharing best practices.
  • Market Insight: Stay current on industry trends, job market dynamics, and evolving hiring practices to ensure clients receive the most relevant and actionable advice.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of career coaching, talent acquisition, recruiting, HR, or related experience. Prior experience in résumé writing, LinkedIn optimization, or job placement is a plus.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication with the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback.
  • Ability to quickly build trust, understand clients’ unique challenges, and offer tailored guidance.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude to improve company processes and tools.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in English (B2-C1) and Russian (C1).
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Google Workspace is a plus.
