Transparent Hiring is an international relocation and recruitment agency helping IT professionals from around the world build careers in Germany and relocate there with confidence.
We’ve been growing steadily for over five years, combining the flexibility of a startup with the reliability of an experienced international team.
We are looking for a HR Assistant Intern to support our recruiting and candidate consulting activities. You’ll work closely with our recruiters and founders, helping IT specialists find new job opportunities abroad and start careers in Germany.
No prior HR experience is required — you’ll receive onboarding, training, and continuous feedback. This internship is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys communication, and wants to build a career in HR, recruiting, or international talent consulting.
At the end of the internship, we’ll run a performance and fit evaluation and, if it’s a strong match, explore the possibility of transitioning into a long-term role (depending on performance and business needs).
