Our partner, a globally successful organisation, is looking for a Business Analyst - Listing and Space Management (m/f/d). This is a full-time permanent position in Dusseldorf metropolitan area, Germany (Hybrid). We also provide relocation and visa support.

Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing SAP S/4HANA, focusing on listing, and space management. You will also:

  • Assist in the ongoing analysis and optimization of global purchasing processes, emphasizing the listing and spatial planning (disposition) processes for all countries and related organizational units.
  • Ensure compliance with established standards and the agreed-upon target architecture.
  • Maintain direct communication, exchange information, and actively transfer knowledge with both national and international stakeholders.
  • Prepare and conduct training sessions for end users.
  • Develop test and user documentation.
  • Actively participate in national and international projects, working closely with our international IT team.
  • Process and prepare various documents and presentations for management.

Required Qualifications

  • Completed business-oriented studies with relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in Category Management and Assortment Management (must).
  • Familiarity with sourcing applications such as SAP S/4HANA or Nielsen Spaceman (must).
  • Experience in strategic purchasing, merchandising, or process management is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
  • Analytical, precise, and structured approach to work, with a focus on process-oriented thinking and results-driven performance.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
