Responsibilities:
- Conducting sales: Effectively drive our services’ sales
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective B2C sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives
- Sales Calls: Respond promptly to inquiries by conducting personalized, sales-focused calls with interested customers. These calls are made exclusively in response to customer requests. Develop your approach during the calls to increase conversion rates and drive sales effectively
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes
- Collaboration: Collaborate with relocation, job search and marketing departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management, detailing achievements, challenges, and future plans
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a startup or company of <100 people is required
- Experience in sales of B2C digital services or EdTech
- Strong understanding of B2C sales techniques, strategies, and market dynamics
- Ability to analyze data to enhance sales performance
- Proficiency in CRM software and Google suite
- English (C1), Russian (С1)
