Our partner, a well-known international corporation, is seeking an IT consultant - Facility Management Solutions (m/f/d) to join their team. This is a full-time position in the Düsseldorf metropolitan area, Germany (partial work from home is possible).
Relocation from abroad is possible.
In this dynamic role, you will be a key player in supporting a global, integrated facilities management solution. Your expertise will support the optimisation of business processes and ensure seamless operation of our facilities management software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions across international projects.
Your Responsibilities:
- Global Project Participation: Engage in international projects to deploy an integrated facilities management solution.
- IT Operations Support: Maintain and support the global IT operations of our facilities management SaaS solutions.
- Incident & Request Management: Address and resolve incidents, change requests, and user demands efficiently.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Support testing activities within the scope of projects and software releases.
- Business Process Optimisation: Enhance facilities management processes through innovative solution designs.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage external service providers and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Collaboration: Work closely with international users and national IT departments to ensure cohesive operations.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Information Systems, IT, or Business Administration.
- Pragmatic and solution-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently on complex issues.
- Experience in requirements engineering and IT service management.
- Fluency in English at a C1 level
- Familiarity with facilities management systems (as a plus)
- Exposure to basic knowledge of SAP, particularly in Accounting (e.g., RE-FX, AA, AP, FI/CO) (as a plus)
- Exposure to data interfaces (as a plus)
- Willingness to travel internationally on occasion
